1. Commitment to Safety

Zaloba, operated by Lienskill Limited ("Lienskill", "we", "us"), registered in Nairobi, Kenya, is committed to fostering a safe communications environment. We hold zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content or behavior that harms or endangers minors.

This policy outlines our fundamental safety expectations, user-facing controls, and procedures for reporting and addressing child safety concerns across the Zaloba platform.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zaloba and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Generating, transmitting, uploading, displaying, or distributing any visual or textual depiction of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Grooming & Child Solicitation: Using conversations, voice notes, status updates, or group calling to initiate or facilitate inappropriate interactions with minors.
• Endangerment & Harm: Facilitating or encouraging physical, emotional, or psychological abuse of any minor.

3. User Safety & Boundary Controls

Zaloba provides tools that give individuals control over who can interact with them on the platform:

• Contact Blocking: Any user can immediately block any contact or Zaloba Number, preventing them from sending messages, initiating calls, or viewing Status updates.
• Status Privacy Controls: Users choose who can view their 48-Hour Status updates (Everyone, My Contacts, or Whitelist), ensuring personal updates are not broadcast to unapproved contacts.
• Public Identifier Clarity: Zaloba Numbers are shareable handles, but communication boundaries remain in user control.

4. Reporting Concerns & Investigation

If you encounter, suspect, or are aware of any content, account, or activity involving child endangerment, abuse, or exploitation on Zaloba, please report it immediately:

When a child-safety report is received, Lienskill Limited investigates the report, disables offending accounts where violations are found, preserves records in accordance with law, and reports credible incidents of child sexual abuse material to national and international child protection organizations and law enforcement authorities.
