Zaloba is designed, developed, and operated by Lienskill Limited ("Lienskill", "we", "us"), registered in Nairobi, Kenya. We recognize the importance of personal privacy and treat communication data with appropriate care.

2. Core Principles
- Data Minimization: We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide communication services (such as your 16-digit Zaloba Number, active session routing, and contact relationships).
- No Public Site Ad Trackers: The Zaloba public website does not load advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party marketing tags, and we do not sell user data to data brokers.
- Purpose Limitation: Personal information is used solely to maintain, deliver, and secure Zaloba communications.
3. User Rights & Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability regarding personal data associated with your account:
Access
You may request confirmation of whether personal data related to your Zaloba Number is processed and receive a copy of your account profile details.
Correction
You can update or rectify inaccurate profile information associated with your account at any time through your application settings.
Deletion
You may request the deletion of your Zaloba account, which revokes active sessions and removes your identifier from active routing registers.
4. Service Infrastructure & Processing
To deliver real-time messaging, audio, and video communications, data may be transmitted across network infrastructure maintained by Lienskill Limited and its technical service providers. All client-server communications use transport encryption in transit.
