This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the Zaloba communications software, including the public website (zaloba.chat), the web application (web.zaloba.chat), and associated mobile clients (collectively, the "Service").

The Data Controller responsible for your personal data is Lienskill Limited ("Lienskill", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Categories of Data Collected

We adhere strictly to data minimization principles. We only collect information strictly necessary to provide and operate the Service:

• Account & Profile Data: Your assigned 16-digit personal Zaloba Number, chosen display name, optional profile picture, and account creation timestamp.
• Session & Device Credentials: Session identifiers, browser user-agent information, and IP addresses used to deliver incoming messages, maintain secure sessions, and allow linked-device revocation.
• Contact Relationships: Identifiers of contacts you have affirmatively accepted or blocked, used to enforce mutual communication boundaries and status privacy rules.
• Undelivered Messages: Message payloads held temporarily to ensure multi-device synchronization and delivery.

3. 48-Hour Status

Photo and text updates published to the 48-Hour Status feature are governed by temporal controls. Status media and accompanying text automatically expire 48 hours following publication.

4. Public Website Audit & Data Protection

Lienskill Limited does not sell, rent, or lease user personal data to third-party data brokers. The Zaloba public website loads zero third-party advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or behavioral profiling pixels.

5. Data Rights & Retention

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You can delete your account at any time through application settings. Initiating account deletion revokes active sessions, removes your 16-digit Zaloba Number from the active registry, and deletes stored messages.
