Zaloba Service Agreement

1. Contracting Parties & Purpose

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms of service delivery between Lienskill Limited ("Provider", "we"), registered in Nairobi, Kenya, and the individuals or commercial organizations ("Customer", "User", "you") accessing or utilizing the Zaloba software ecosystem.

The purpose of this Agreement is to define service boundaries, technical infrastructure commitments, security standards, and mutual operational duties.

2. Scope of Service Delivery

Lienskill Limited commits to providing the following core software components:

• Public Documentation Portal: Hosted at zaloba.chat providing feature guides, security declarations, and support resources.
• Browser Workspace Application: Hosted at web.zaloba.chat providing direct messaging, voice notes, and 48-hour status viewing.
• Transport & Delivery Infrastructure: Server infrastructure managing real-time connections and message delivery.

3. Technical Security Standards

Provider agrees to maintain the following operational safeguards:

• Enforcement of transport encryption across public web connections.
• Authentication pairing secured via single-use, short-lived visual QR challenges.
• Root authorization reserved to the primary mobile device with instant web session revocation capabilities.

4. Service Commitments & Maintenance

Provider targets continuous platform availability. Maintenance operations that may affect service responsiveness are scheduled during low-traffic windows with notifications posted to the public support center.

5. User Identity & Operational Responsibilities

Users are assigned a unique 16-digit Zaloba Number. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring their primary mobile device is safeguarded against unauthorized physical access.
• Disconnecting active sessions on untrusted or shared web terminals.
• Adhering to acceptable use principles and respecting intellectual property laws.
