Zaloba Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Zaloba, Zaloba Web, or any related services provided by Lienskill Limited ("Lienskill", "we", "us"), registered in Nairobi, Kenya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Zaloba Identity & Account Security

You are assigned a 16-digit Zaloba Number (PREFIX@16DIGITS) upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your primary mobile device and browser sessions. Any action taken via your authorized account credentials is treated as authorized by you.

When pairing Zaloba Web via QR code on shared workstations, you are responsible for terminating the active session upon concluding your work.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Zaloba solely for lawful personal and business communications. You may not:

• Engage in harassment, unlawful stalking, threat propagation, or defamation.
• Transmit unsolicited bulk commercial communications (spam) or automated scraping scripts.
• Attempt to probe, exploit, or bypass authentication rate limits or session validation.
• Reverse engineer or distribute malicious software via our media transfer systems.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

While Lienskill Limited strives for high availability across all messaging services and platform infrastructure, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, and unforeseen network interruptions may result in temporary service interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lienskill Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service, including loss of data or goodwill.
